Upper Hand Dyed

Upper hand dyed

The hand finishing is expected to start from the very beginning of shoes construction, start from the skin before it’s cut, it continue also during all stages of manufacture.

First step (skin before cutting): it starts by hand applying the first color base over the full grain leather, let it absorb and naturally dry.

Second step (on the upper): the further passages of color are applied on the uppers to reach the desired color.

Third step (lasted shoe): after lasting into shape, the shoe is ready to be finished, first by hand spreading the wax with a sponge and then with a woolen cloth to bring together.
At the end of the various steps the shoe is brushed to highlight transparency and gloss.
